Matthew Masters
Biographic Sketch:
Dr. Matthew Masters is an active-duty officer (Major) in the US Space Force. Dr. Masters is currently a student of the US Space Force’s Intermediate Level Education program, Schriever Space Scholars, at the Johns Hopkins University in Washington, DC. He is studying US and international space strategy and policy and is working toward a master’s degree in international public policy. His work experience includes program management of space-related software and hardware acquisition programs for the Air Force, the Space Force, and the National Reconnaissance Office. Additionally, during his military service, he was assigned as a foreign exchange officer in Germany where he worked for three years promoting and implementing international defense engineering and scientific research projects.
