Frank J. Cepollina

Biographic Sketch:

Frank J. Cepollina, also known as “Cepi,” spent his long NASA career at the Goddard Space Flight Center. Many people call him the “Father of On-Orbit Servicing.” Undoubtedly his greatest success was developing tools and equipment for the five Shuttle HST servicing missions from 1993 to 2009.
