Frank H. Winter

Biographic Sketch:

Frank Winter is the retired Curator of Rocketry of the Smithsonian Institution’s National Air and Space Museum. He is an internationally recognized historian of rocketry and spaceflight and the author of numerous books, history papers, and articles on the subject.
