Abstract
This is the second part of the Spin Test Facility story, following on Part I, which appeared in Quest 29:2. On a dive into the Jet Propulsion Laboratory archives, the author found that the Ranger project had used the facility. At the Air Force Space and Missile Museum in Cape Canaveral, the author found drawings showing that the facility was also modified for Lunar Orbiter project. Requests to the Langley Research Center archives provided an abundance of photographs of Lunar Orbiter.
